Jay Paul Deratany entered the publishing world with his debut novel "Blink of an Eye." The book released in 2013 is a fiction thriller set in Mr. Deratany's hometown of Chicago. It is now available online as paperback or a Kindle e-book on Amazon.com. We are in the process of getting it into the local bookstore near you.

​Mr. Deratany has already begun working on his second book, detailing the life and work of a trial lawyer. It will contain first person accounts of some of the cases Mr. Deratany has represented in the more than 25 years he has been a Chicago personal injury attorney.
